Cliff Segerblom - Famed Artist & Photographer - Boulder City, Nevada
Born August 1, 1915, and lived in Clark County for 51 years. He also served as justice of thepeace for 16 years in Boulder City.
He founded the photography department of UNLV and taught painting at the school. His works include many depictions of rural Nevada. His contributions to photography and painting are well-known, including his renditionof the Apollo 12 splashdown that hangs in the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC. His photography graced the pages of national magazines including Time, Life, and National Geographic.
